Chalet Blanc is a large and modern chalet located in the heart of the high-altitude Italian ski resort of Cervinia. The chalet perfectly combines modern amenities and design together with warm Italian hospitality. Magnificent mountain views, including that of the world-famous Matterhorn, can be enjoyed from the cosy interior, or out on the large terrace sitting beside the warming firepit.
The chalet is arranged over five floors and 870m2 of space all connected by both stairs and an elevator. The entire top floor, with vaulted ceilings and large picture windows, is given over to the living and dining rooms. To one side is the living room which features a grand central fireplace with L-shaped sofas either side, so there is plenty of room for everyone in the group to relax together.
On the other side of the top floor is the dining area and kitchen that opens onto a terrace. Each morning you can enjoy the freshly prepared buffet breakfast with traditional products as well as eggs, French pancakes, and other freshly cooked dishes. The kitchen is not available for client use, but it is possible to add in a chef at additional cost for evening dinner service. There are numerous restaurants in the resort centre which is just a short walk away.
Sleeping 10-12 guests there are five en-suite bedrooms arranged between the ground and first floors. There are two suites with double beds, one with an additional double sofa bed for children, plus three twin/double bedrooms. For larger groups it is also possible to rent the independent or connected Petit Chalet, which features two additional bedrooms, and would bring the occupancy up to 14-18 people.
The crowning glory of this chalet are the extensive private spa facilities on the ground floor. Here you can enjoy the 12-person whirlpool bath, Finnish sauna, steam bath, 2 emotional showers with chromotherapy, cold water waterfall, relaxation area with lounge chairs and warm herbal teas, and bioethanol fireplace. A second living on this floor also works well as a separate space for children.
The location could not be better, with the bottom of the ski slopes and the ski lifts all only an easy 150m walk away. Cervinia is part of the extensive Matterhorn Ski Paradise ski area which includes Zermatt over in Switzerland, meaning you can ski in 2 countries on your holiday without having to take your skis off.
