Chalet Etable
Chalet Etable is a self-catered ski chalet located in the heart of the old village of Saint Martin de Belleville. This traditional resort provides quick and easy access into the 3 Valleys ski area. The chalet is located just below the village centre and just 280m from the ski slopes and 60m from the first free shuttle bus stop. The chalet has been created from the renovation of an old barn and is full of local Savoyard charm.
Arranged over 5 floors and 195m2 of living space the chalet has a southern exposure and can accommodate up to 12 people. The first level, the lowest of the chalet, offers a wellness area with indoor hot tub, sauna, shower, a fully equipped sports room and flat screen TV. This is a great place to head to after a day’s skiing, or where any non-skiers can enjoy a few hours of escape.
Up one level and here is a secondary entrance to the chalet. There is a ski room with boot warmers plus storage for your ski equipment. The first of the chalet’s bedrooms are a twin/double and a quad bunk room sleeping four, and these two bedrooms share a shower room. On the ground floor is the main entrance with some additional storage space. This floor has two twin/double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, the other a separate shower room.
Heading up to the first floor and there is a dedicated office space for those who cannot escape work even whilst on holiday! There is also a dedicated TV/cinema snug which is a very helpful space for any family groups with children. The fifth and final bedroom is also here and is the master bedroom with large double bed and en-suite shower room.
The final floor at the top of the chalet is set beneath the vaulted roof and the open plan living spaces are arranged here around the central feature fireplace. The living room is composed of a large corner sofa and soft armchairs that are ready to sink into.
The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the entire room and a breakfast bar is a handy addition at breakfast time or for pre-dinner aperitifs. The dining table comfortably seats eight people.
The Chalet Etable is perfect for those looking for an authentic alpine property in a charming French ski village. There are breathtaking views over the small hamlet of Le Châtelard and the valley of Les Encombres. The chalet is also equipped with private parking spaces and offers free and unlimited Wifi access.
