Chalet Vesper
Chalet Vesper is a beautiful and newly renovated barn set in the old town area of Morzine. This luxury self-catered chalet has retained its original exterior and charm but inside has been completely transformed into a quite frankly seriously cool Alpine lodge. The chalet is arranged over two floors with the upper level offering expansive open plan living spaces.
The upper floor is fitted with ceiling apex windows that offer incredible views over Morzine and allows you to step out on the balconies and access the garden area. This area is just perfect for entertaining and is fitted with a beautiful and modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools. In the warmer months you can access the garden from the kitchen and can enjoy some alfresco dining or when the snow is falling drinks in the hot tub.
For your own private après ski enjoyment a bar adds another level of fun to this space. The dining area and lounging spaces feel intimate in their open plan environment and great care has been taken to create different and defined areas in which you can relax. The floor is finished off with grand floor to ceiling bookshelves with feature wood burning fireplace nestled between. This is the perfect spot to relax with a book, digestif or just listen to some music through the chalet’s SONOS system.
From the upper floor you can step outside to the chalet’s private garden area with a hot tub just awaiting your return after a day’s skiing. There is also a fire pit, dining table and chairs and a barbecue. Sun loungers finish off the scene and add to what is already a wonderful choice for either a winter or summer holiday in the Alps.
The chalet sleeps 8-10 guests and all of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with an en-suite or private shower room. All four of the bedrooms can be configured with either double or twin beds, and two of the bedrooms also have a built in, full-size single cabin bed.
The chalet is completed with a large boot room with heated glove and boot dryers and plenty of space to store ski clothing and equipment. There are hooks for bikes in the summer as well as laundry facilities for guests use.
Chalet Vesper offers a central location from which you can walk to the many bars, restaurants and resort amenities within a few minutes. In the winter you can choose to opt in to a 24hr in-resort driver service at additional cost, meaning you won’t have to travel anywhere with your ski equipment in hand.
