Chalech 4
Chalech 4 is a stunning Alpine home and part of the exclusive Chalech development which is ideally located a 10 minutes walk from the centre of Lech and just a few minutes from the nearest ski lift. This stylish new complex of properties is located close to the ski slopes as well as offering shared access to the complex’s indoor swimming pool, tepidarium and gym.
This chalet is arranged over three floors all connected by stairs and an elevator. Sleeping up to 12-14 guests, there are six beautifully designed bedrooms with en-suite or private facilities. For a couple of families or group of friends looking for high-end ski accommodation along with a convenient location and extensive spa facilities, Chalet 4 is an exciting addition to our portfolio of luxury chalets in Lech.
On the top floor is the main living area with an open plan lounge and dining room along with a well-equipped kitchen. A gorgeous green velvet sofa presides over the living room and is the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day with the fireplace crackling away. From here you can enjoy the alpine views through the floor to ceiling windows or step out onto the terrace to enjoy the sunshine in the warmer spring months.
The dining table is adjacent to the lounge and seats eight guests comfortably. The modern open kitchen is equipped with all you need for a stress-free self-catered ski holiday. The top floor is completed with the master bedroom which features a stand-alone tub in the centre of the room as well as a generous shower and his ‘n her sinks. There is a separate WC which can be accessed from both the bedroom and the hallway.
Heading down to the middle floor and there are three double bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms, whilst one of the rooms also has a bath. Two of the rooms also feature balcony access. Down again to the ground floor and there is a further double room with en-suite bath and shower room. All five double rooms have wall mounted TVs.
The final bedroom is a quad bunk room sleeping 4 and this room has a dedicated separate shower room. The rest of the ground floor is dedicated to entertainment and wellbeing with firstly a TV/cinema room that is the perfect retreat for a family movie, or perfect as a separate dedicated lounge for the children.
Finally, there is the chalet’s own private spa area which boasts a sauna, hammam and relaxation area. The property also has access to a luxurious shared swimming pool, tepidarium, gym and spa, shared with the other properties in the Chalech development. For your ski equipment there is a shared ski room with private ski lockers.
The residence is close to three bus stops with buses passing frequently, making it very convenient for accessing the slopes and the town.
